We are looking for professional staff (solicitors/legal executives) who have:

• A calming, warm and professional presence which puts clients at ease
• Excellent oral and written English (including spelling) with exceptional communication skills
• The ability to attend to clients at the counter, manage appointments, emails and telephone calls (often all at once!)
• a strict approach to maintaining client confidentiality
• Good typing skills, with experience in MS office products.
